Can a 7-Eleven gas station actaully replace a Shell gas station in Wantagh on Wantagh Avenue and Jerusalem Avenue (NY 105)?

This year, the new 7-Eleven gas station in Wantagh might replace the old Shell gas station. It will be done by the end of the year. 2700K CCT bronze GE Evolve ERL1 LED luminaires will be available at that time. Here it is:
