Is 7-Eleven gas station heading to Nassau County replacing Levittown Express Lube on Hempstead Turnpike?

This year, 7-Eleven gas station might be heading to Nassau County replacing Levittown Getty Express Lube on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown. Bronze LSI Mirada Medium (MRM) (585nm Amber LED) will be installed in the parking lot of 7-Eleven with smart sensors. It will be done by the end of 2019. Here are my predictions:
